Fall Kickoff

It's that time of year again. The leaves will soon change colors, air will soon get cooler, and the Broncos will soon be 4-4 again.

It's also the time that we finally get to kickoff our regular programming and events. As we've mentioned in this space before, our regular weekend worship services will begin on October 15th. We'll be meeting at 6:00 PM on Saturday nights at Fellowship Community Church on Parker Road between Orchard and Arapahoe Roads.

Beginning this week, we'll also launch our HARVEST UNIVERSITY classes on Thursday nights. If you're intimidated by the Bible or if you want to dig deeper into God's word, this is the place for you. We'll be starting with a Bible overview course. See our "Current Series" page for more info.

This is also a good time to celebrate another great Church in the Park that we had yesterday. We had 13 first timers join us for a fun time of connecting, music, and a message on Matthew 9. There was a memorable moment when a family that had come to play at the park came up to the gazebo to join us when they heard the music. The kids started dancing and the parents grabbed a lyric sheet and started singing along.

Quite a few of us will be celebrating Labor Day together this weekend camping up in the mountains. We'll make sure to take some fun pictures for future blogs. I hope you all have a great Labor Day.
